Festival Ode to Joy

Join us September 13th - 16th in celebrating the 5th season of our chamber festival! Each September the Lions Gate Trio hosts a one week festival of chamber and vocal music at the Hartt School (University of Hartford, CT).  Five concerts are devoted to the works of one composer or genre. Beethoven was featured in our first season, then came Schubert, Schumann, and Brahms. We are honored to present our 2018 programs of Russian composers, including Tchaïkovsky, Arensky, Shostakovich, Weinberg, and Denisov.
